Help Houston celebrate our nation’s birthday on Monday, July 4, 2016 from 4 – 10 p.m. The event will feature GRAMMY Award winner and 2009 CMA New Artist of the Year Award winner Darius Rucker with special guest the GRAMMY nominated Eli Young Band. Both artists will perform on the US Family Health Plan Main Stage. The evening will culminate with a spectacular fireworks display sponsored by CITGO. General admission tickets are available online for $8 per person until midnight, Sunday, July 3, 2016 (children 5 and under free). On Monday, July 4, tickets will be $10 online and at the gate admission booths.

In order to avoid penalty and interest (which accrues on February 1st), your annual assessment payment must be postmarked by January 31st.
