The City of Houston requests your feedback
The City of Houston is collaborating with Rice University to study how people respond to severe weather. We are asking for your help with a study that will take less than 2 minutes. Your information will valuable for helping the City understand how people cope with severe weather.
The study is entirely on line and can be accessed from http://brl.rice.edu/storms2017.
At this time of year, we receive inquiries regarding your annual assessment statement and when payment is due. Typically, the assessment statements are mailed out immediately after the District's last board meeting of the year.
In order to avoid penalty and interest (which accrues on February 1st), your annual assessment payment must be postmarked by January 31st.

Please do NOT mail or deliver assessment payments to the management district office.
