Disaster Recovery Center at Bayland Park
FEMA has opened up a Disaster Recovery Center at Bayland Community Center (6400 Bissonnet). The center will be open from 7am – 7pm, 7 days a week. You can apply for federal assistance, receive information about resources available and ask for updates on your case at the center.

Permitting Office at SW Multi-Service Center
There is a temporary satellite office offering assistance with flood damage repair permits only operating out of the Southwest Multi-Service Center (6400 High Star), Mon.-Fri., 7:30am to 6:30pm.
In addition to that, Target Hunger and the Houston Health Department have joined forces to distribute disaster relief products at the Multi-Service Center.

Solid Waste Information
At this time of year, we receive inquiries regarding your annual assessment statement and when payment is due. Typically, the assessment statements are mailed out immediately after the District's last board meeting of the year.
In order to avoid penalty and interest (which accrues on February 1st), your annual assessment payment must be postmarked by January 31st.
Payments should be made payable to the District and mailed to:

Please do NOT mail or deliver assessment payments to the management district office.
