AT&T Veterans Job and Resource Fair and the US Family Health Plan Veterans Health Fair

10:00 a.m.
Formal ceremony recognizing our local heroes featuring:
Gospel recording artist Kathy Taylor
Houston Grand Opera Soprano, Yelena Dyachek
US Army Ranger Lisa Jaster
USO Director Loren Westerfield
KPRC’s Bill Balleza

11:00 a.m.
Moment of silence and a 21 gun salute, marking the moment World War I ended in 1918

11:30 a.m.
American Heroes Parade, sponsored by H-E-B
The parade starts at the corner of Dallas and Bagby and then proceeds east on Dallas, north on Louisiana, west on Walker, south on Smith and back to Bagby. Each year, thousands of military groups, veterans organizations, schools and universities participate.

All district meetings have been canceled for December, 2018.
