🍼 Non-food essentials â€” diapers, baby wipes, infant formula, and toiletries

If you feel called to do more, volunteers and monetary donations are also welcome.

Holiday Travel Alert: Expect Crowds & Arrive Early

If you’re flying soon, plan ahead because more than 2.1 million travelers are expected at IAH and HOU between Nov. 20 and Dec. 1, making this one of Houston’s busiest travel periods.

Although the federal government shutdown has ended, TSA is still working back to full operations, so wait times may be longer than usual.

What to know before you go:

IAH (Bush Intercontinental)

  • Security open at Terminals A & E
  • Terminal C lanes reopened Nov. 19 at 4 a.m.
  • Terminal D checkpoint remains closed — use A or E

HOU (Hobby Airport)

  • Reduced screening lanes remain open

Plan extra time because:

  • Parking fills quickly. Reserve ahead at Fly2Houston.com/parking
  • More checked bags expected
  • United flyers at Terminal C can now check bags & clear security in C
  • Terminal D passengers should check bags at D, then use A or E for screening
  • TSA PreCheck & CLEAR are available, but waits may still be longer

Give yourself plenty of time for parking, check-in, and security, and safe travels this holiday season!
