METRO’S CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Alan C CLark is Metro’ Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Alan is responsible for developing partnership opportunities which support both the investment priorities of METRO and those of partner local government government and agencies. The strategy group has primary responsibility for the development of coordination with the Metropolitan Planning Organization transit project programming federal formula and discretionary grant applications, annual National Transit Database reporting and FTA triennial reviews. Prior to joining METRO in March 2021, Mr. Clark was the Director of Transportation and Air Quality Planning Organization (MPO) and responsible for development of the region’s multimodal transportation plans.
