The Infrastructure Committee meets the first Thursday of the month at 3:30 PM via Zoom.
The District strives to be a partner to all agencies looking to improve or enhance the infrastructure of the area and works to facilitate our own improvements for the benefit of the community.
Curb Painting
This initiative provides fresh, clearly visible yellow stripes on curbs, increasing curb visibility for motorists while enhancing the overall appearance of our community. If you see curbs in need of painting, report it!
Curb Repair
This program helps restore damaged or deteriorating curbs, enhancing drainage, improving accessibility, and giving neighborhoods a cleaner, more polished appearance. By investing in curb repairs, we’re protecting infrastructure, boosting property appeal, and strengthening the overall quality of life in Brays Oaks. If you see curbs in need of repair, report it!
District Signage and Monumentation
The District has several identification markers across the district, creating a sense of place while travelling. There are future plans for increasing the number of ID markers as well as implementation of branded street signs to further reinforce a community identity. If you see a damaged ID marker, report it!
