The Brays Oaks Management District is seeking proposals for both Landscape Maintenance and Porter Services in the District in 2019. Please click on the link (below) to access copies of the Request for Proposals. There are also larger scale maps for both services that can be accessed for your use. A company can submit proposals for both services. There will be a pre-bid conference held on Thursday, December 20th at 9:30am at the Brays Oaks Management District offices located at 10103 Fondren Road, Houston, TX 77096. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory but highly encouraged and interested bidders should familiarize themselves with the scope and area to be serviced before attending the pre-bid conference.

As noted in the RFP, all questions regarding the RFP’s must be submitted in writing via email, and responses to questions will be sent to all who have notified the District of their interest in submitting a proposal and provided contact information. Proposals are due on Monday, January 7th, 2019 from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The office will be closed from December 24th, 2018 until January 4th, 2019, but email requests for clarifications may still be submitted during that period. A hard copy of the completed proposal must be submitted and should not be emailed for consideration.
